A support matrix has been provided as an appendix to the plan. The matrix details the appropriate service provided by the ACT Department of Education and Community Services for each developmental stage. The plan will be released during 2002 in its final form along with the ACT Government Schools Plan 2002-2004 . One of the responses to the report has been the compilation of a support matrix, designed to detail the appropriate services provided by the ACT Department of Education and Community Services for each developmental stage of life. The matrix has been a collaborative effort from all sections of the Department and is updated regularly. The matrix also contains an analysis of gaps in service provision. This work complements the Unmet Need Project, a current service mapping and needs analysis project being undertaken by the ACT Government involving education, housing, justice, health and community services.
